At the end of 2021 and into the beginning months, of 2022 the team at SP Consultancy were tasked with renovating a kitchen within a new 150sqm extension to family home in Stoneleigh, Epsom.

Suman and his team listened to the requirements that were needed of the extension from the client. The client needed space for a larger kitchen as well as a comfortable living area, all while using products and materials that would be affordable but long lasting and high quality.

The extension took place over 5 months and was executed with minimal disruption to family life. After understanding the needs ands requirements for the build, Suman decided to opt for local tradespeople to complete the majority of the job, while only opting for outside tradespeople for work that couldn't be sourced locally. This was important for the family, as well as the ethos at SP Consultancy to promote local trades people as well as supporting the neighbourhood.

In order to provide the best quality appliances for a highly functioning family, a combination of Bosch, Neff and Samsung integrated appliances were expertly installed to provide premium products within the clients budget. Miele appliances have been used thoughtfully within the build to get maximum use and longevity within the busy kitchen!

The space is proudly present in the family home, becoming the new function room for the family. It has been host to celebrations and cosy family moments already and we are happy to assist in that.
